Khushi Wealth Private Limited is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor & SIF Distributor (ARN-195636) and an APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN03718). We facilitate mutual fund, SIF, and PMS distribution services. We are NOT a SEBI- registered Investment Adviser. We do not provide investment advice. We provide incidental advisory services only as permitted for mutual fund distributors under SEBI regulations.
You are responsible for: (a) Providing accurate and complete information for KYC and transactions; (b) Reading all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing; (c) Understanding that all investments are subject to market risks; (d) Making your own informed investment decisions; (e) Keeping your account credentials and OTPs confidential; (f) Updating us about any changes in your personal or financial information; (g) Reviewing your CAS and transaction confirmations regularly.
Khushi Wealth Private Limited does not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on mutual fund, SIF, or PMS investments. Past performance of any scheme or product is not indicative of future results. All investments are subject to market risks including the possible loss of principal.
We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission is part of the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not increase your investment cost. Detailed commission disclosure is available on our Commission Disclosure page (www.khushiinvest.com/commission-disclosures.php). You may choose to invest in Direct Plans directly with AMCs without distributor involvement. Direct Plans have lower expense ratios.
